but you can still attend and enjoy this awesome neighborhood event!
Come to the carnival with your kids or grand kids and cheer your neighbors on as they run the highlands! The carnival opens at 8:30am in the parking lot of the North Lake Highlands Recreation Center. The address is 9940 White Rock Trail, Dallas 75238 - it's across the street from the high school. There will be bounce houses, balloon artists, brush tattoo booths, petting zoo, pony rides, live entertainment and more! The festivities will conclude with the race awards ceremony will at 9:45am.
